The Order of the Arrow has no rank, no one is better than someone else. There is no part of OA that Ordeal members cannot attend, except for Brotherhood and Vigil Honor Ceremonies. The Ordeal and Vigil Honor are called honors because they are bestowed upon Scouts. After 10 months of living up to your obligation that you took at your Ordeal, you may seal your membership in the brotherhood in a ceremony called the Brotherhood Ceremony.
